A few important notes:

1. Based on our ordering schedule and shipping times, it will likely take AT LEAST 30 days to receive the item you requested. In some cases, it could take 60 days or longer. Please bear with us while we work on fulfilling your request.

2. Due to regulations and other restrictions, we may not be able to get the item you want. If this happens, we will monitor and keep trying, whenever possible.

3. In some cases, we may find that the item you requested is costly. We will contact you to determine if the sales price is acceptable to you before we place the order.

4. Depending on the item, we may ask that you commit to purchasing a minimum quantity before ordering it for you. A deposit may be required.

5. Due to the volume of special requests we receive, we cannot guarantee that we will contact you when we have the item in stock. We will do our best to reach out to you, but we ask that you CONTACT US regularly for a status update if you haven't heard from us. If we have it in stock and you contact us, we will hold the item for you.

**NOTE: We GUARANTEE to hold the item you requested if you paid a deposit and/or committed to purchasing a minimum quantity.
